I-265 Repairs

Sunday, June 16th to Saturday, August 31st The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office has scheduled repairs to I-265 in both directions between KY 146 (LaGrange Road) and Interstate 71 (mile points 30.3 and 34.7). Work is scheduled to begin the week of March 11. This project will include replacing some sections of pavement that have settled over time and repairing some of the ramps at the KY 146 and KY 1447 (Westport Road) interchanges. The roadway may be reduced to one lane on weeknights from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning. On weekends, lane and ramp closures are possible from 8:00 p.m. on Friday until 6:00 a.m. on Monday. The speed limit in the work zone will be reduced and double fines will be enforced. Work is scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2013.
