The Board has received a complaint/concern today regarding solicitation in the neighborhood by a company named VIVINT.  The resident stated that the rep stated that they had been watching the house and that they sell security systems.  They also stated that they were sponsored by Forest Springs.  They have come to this particular house twice. 
 
According to the BBB this company has multiple "government actions" against it over several states and has over 2100 complaints filed on BBB in the last 3 years.  Please be aware of this situation in the neighborhood and share any information you might come across. 
 

Note that although VIVINT has been reported to be using the Forest Springs name, the HOA nor the HOA Board or its members, in any way sponsor this company.  

It is recommended that you research this or any company with BBB prior to doing business with them.
