In the Forest Springs DCCR's, under  Use Restrictions, Section 2, Nuisances, it states that 'no noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be conducted on any lot, nor shall anything be done which may be become a annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood." Barking dogs, loud music, and loud vehicles are only some "activities" that have been cited in the past. Please be considerate of your neighbors and don't engage in any activity that could be considered a nuisance. Thanks.
