It is time to get the lawn mowers and weed killer out. The great weather we've had given us some opportunities! Our DCCR's require that each lot owner keep their grass properly cut and their lot free from weeds and trash, and to keep their lot otherwise neat, clean and attractive in appearance. Should the lot owner fail to do so, then HOA may take appropriate action to make the lot neat and attractive and the lot owner shall reimburse the HOA for its expenses in doing so.
